Rudi has over 35 years of business experience providing software and business solutions in the financial markets around the globe. He has extensive experience in the Banking, Trading, and Investment Management sector in Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia. He has directly run regional businesses based in Luxembourg, Tokyo, London, Singapore, Delhi, and New York City, and held several Executive Management roles in Misys (now Finastra) and BIS Banking Systems, and served as a Director at Dion Global. He is currently a Director at m2Wealth Pty Limited.
Cormac Heffernan | Co-Founder & CEO
Cormac is passionate about innovation in the Financial Services Industry. His 30 years of experience in financial services has spanned the globe working in Europe, the UK and Australia. Before pursuing innovation through start-up fintech businesses, he gained experience with blue-chip global financial institutions, Northern Trust, Invesco, Investec, Blackrock, and domestic banking major, National Australian Bank. Credited with creating the first mass-marketed Separately Managed Accounts program in Australia with Blackrock, he then moved to NAB, joining the leadership team to implement their next-generation NAB Trade platform. Moving into fintech, he joined Powerwrap as CEO. He developed their platform to combine fund management with private client broking, successfully growing the business from $80m to $8bn under administration over five years. He has spent his recent years developing a new way to engage the latest technology within existing global regulation. This has resulted in a regulated, instant settlement, cross-jurisdiction, multi-asset class investment exchange. He currently holds leadership roles in Finplex, easiCASHflow and Prodigy Wealth Technologies. He also holds advisory positions and directorships with Studyfin, Kereitsu and Sapien Capital Limited. He is a Chartered Management Accountant, a CPA and holds an MBA from University NSW.

Thomas Vo is Australia CEO & Innovator of SotaTek “State-of-the-art Technology”, a global Software Development & IT Consulting offices in Australia, Vietnam, US & Japan with a team of 1000+ digital tech savvy entrepreneurs, designers and young talent engineers , is creating and developing digital software, platforms and other resources for various businesses and industries. He is focused on digital transformation for businesses to accelerate in the marketplace, as well as keeping up with the continuous trends in digital technology.
He is also developing digital technology resources for non-for-profit organizations who are servicing the business community & networks both in Australia and Vietnam. Thomas has 25 years' experience in the areas of Banking, Real Estate, Mortgage & Finance as a Director, Corporate Executive, and Senior Analyst, Computer Science & Information Technology.
He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Master of Cyber Security from The University of New South Wales, Australia and also a member of the Australia Computer Society (ACS), as well as a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).
